海棠香老春江晚，小楼雾縠涳濛。翠鬟初出绣帘中，麝烟鸾佩惹苹风。
译文：海棠花的馨香已经残尽，春江正临日暮时分，小楼笼罩在轻纱一般的薄雾里，那么缥缈迷蒙。当年在珠绣的帘子中，美丽的发鬓刚刚束成，麝香的烟气和鸾凤的玉佩，引来阵阵吹拂苹花的春风。
注释：临江仙：唐教坊曲，后用作词牌，为双调小令。此词使用的格律是双调，五十四字，上下片各四句，三平韵。老：残。雾縠：轻纱般的薄雾。涳濛：缥缈迷茫。翠鬟：女子乌黑的发髻，此处代指女子。麝烟：火爇（ruò）麝香所散发出的香气。鸾佩：雕有鸾凤的玉佩。苹风：掠过苹花的风。这里比喻女子如初开苹花惹人注意。
碾玉钗摇鸂鶒战，雪肌云鬓将融。含情遥指碧波东，越王台殿蓼花红。
译文：宝玉发钗一步一摇，钗上的鸂鶒花饰相随颤动。雪的肌肤和如云的发髻就像要化解消融，她满怀深情遥指绿水的东面，那里是越王的亭台宫殿，蓼花开的正红。
注释：碾玉钗：研磨制成的玉钗。鸂鶒：此指钗上鸂鶒鸟型的花饰。战：颤动。越王台殿：指五代十国时期的吴越国王的亭台宫殿，亦即女子故国宫殿。蓼：一种生长在水边的草本植物，花色或红或白。

和凝（898-955年），五代时文学家、法医学家。字成绩。郓州须昌（今山东东平）人。幼时颖敏好学，十七岁举明经，梁贞明二年(916)十九岁登进士第。好文学，长于短歌艳曲。梁贞明二年(916)进士。后唐时官至中书舍人，工部侍郎。后晋天福五年 (940)拜中书侍郎同中书门下平章事。入后汉，封鲁国公。后周时，赠侍中。尝取古今史传所讼断狱、辨雪冤枉等事，著为《疑狱集》两卷（951年）。子和（山蒙）又增订两卷，合成四卷。
