新烟着柳禁垣斜，杏酪分香俗共夸。
译文：一树树杨柳披拂着新火的轻烟，沿随着官墙透迤蜿蜒；杏仁麦粥香气溢散，家家户户互相馈送，一片腾欢。
注释：馆中诸公：即史馆中一同修史的宋濂、王祎、朱右等十六人。馆：指翰林院国史编修馆。新烟，古时风俗，清明前一天为寒食节，禁火冷食，次日重新生火，故曰新烟。禁垣：皇宫的围墙。杏酪：传统习俗，在寒食三日作醴酪，又煮粳米及麦为酪，捣杏仁作粥。
白下有山皆绕郭，清明无客不思家。
译文：都城南京的城郭四周，举目但见无尽的青山；节逢清明，更令客子无不把家乡深深怀念。
注释：白下：南京的别称。
卞侯墓下迷芳草，卢女门前映落花。
译文：看那卞壶祠边春草迷乱，莫愁女的故居前已被落花铺满。
注释：卞侯：卞侯即晋朝的卞壶。他曾任尚书令，后来在讨伐苏峻的叛乱中战死，被埋葬于白下。卢女：即莫愁，古代善歌的女子。
喜得故人同待诏，拟沽春酒醉京华。
译文：幸亏还有馆中诸公共同作伴，不妨打来美酒痛醉一番。
注释：待诏：明代翰林院所设官职，主管文件奏疏。此指修史。京华：即京都。

高启（1336－1373）汉族，江苏苏州人，元末明初著名诗人，与杨基、张羽、徐贲被誉为“吴中四杰”，当时论者把他们比作“明初四杰”，又与王行等号“北郭十友”。字季迪，号槎轩，平江路（明改苏州府）长洲县（今江苏省苏州市）人；洪武初，以荐参修《元史》，授翰林院国史编修官，受命教授诸王。擢户部右侍郎。苏州知府魏观在张士诚宫址改修府治，获罪被诛。高启曾为之作《上梁文》，有“龙蟠虎踞”四字，被疑为歌颂张士诚，连坐腰斩。有《高太史大全集》、《凫藻集》等。
