雁落平沙，烟笼寒水，古垒鸣笳声断。青山隐隐，败叶萧萧，天际暝鸦零乱。楼上黄昏，片帆千里归程，年华将晚。望碧云空暮，佳人何处，梦魂俱远。
译文：几只大雁落在平旷的沙洲，凄寒的江面上烟雾迷漫，古营垒那边呜咽的胡笳声，也渐渐地悠然而断。远山起伏，黑魆魆地时隐时显；枯叶在秋风中飘落翻转；天边的几只昏鸦在往来回旋。黄昏里，楼上也是孤寂凄凉，忽又见江面上，千里迢迢漂回来一片孤帆，年华将我推向老年。仰望长空，碧云飘浮，暮色朦胧，此时此刻，不知美人今在何处？关山阻隔，云水迢迢，就是在梦魂中也离她那么遥远!
注释：苏武慢：词牌名，又名选冠子，或选官子、转调选冠子、惜余春慢、仄韵过秦楼。据《御定词谱》共有十六体。词分上下两片，属于慢词。平沙：指广阔的沙原。古垒：古代留下的壁垒。鸣笳：.吹奏笳笛。笳笛，古管乐器名。败叶：落叶；枯叶片帆：孤舟；一只船。年华：年岁；年纪。
忆旧游、邃馆朱扉，小园香径，尚想桃花人面。书盈锦轴，恨满金徽，难写寸心幽怨。两地离愁，一尊芳酒凄凉，危阑倚遍。尽迟留、凭仗西风，吹干泪眼。
译文：回想起旧时的欢乐，朱红的大门，深深的庭院，小巧别致的花园里，香气扑鼻的小径上，我至今还能记起她美丽的容颜。纵然是写满丝绢拨断琴弦，也难以倾诉内心的幽怨。这两地相思的凄苦，一樽美酒怎能排遣？我已经把栏杆倚遍。久久地滞留在楼上，任凭那萧瑟西风，吹干了我的泪眼。
注释：旧游：昔日的游览。邃馆：深院。朱扉：红漆门。香径：花间小路，或指落花满地的小径。书盈锦铀：用苏蕙织锦回文诗事。金徽：金饰的琴徵。徽，系弦之绳。此处代指琴。尊：同“樽”，古代的盛酒器具。危阑：高栏杆。迟留：停留；逗留。凭仗：依赖，依靠，任凭。

蔡伸（1088—1156）字伸道，号友古居士，莆田（今属福建）人，蔡襄孙。政和五年（1115）进士。宣和年间，出知潍州北海县、通判徐州。赵构以康王开大元帅幕府，伸间道谒军门，留置幕府。南渡后，通判真州，除知滁州。秦桧当国，以赵鼎党被罢，主管台州崇道观。绍兴九年（1139），起知徐州，改知德安府。后为浙东安抚司参谋官，提举崇道观。绍兴二十六年卒，年六十九。《宋史翼》有传。伸少有文名，擅书法，得祖襄笔意。工词，与向子諲同官彭城漕属，屡有酬赠。有《友古居士词》一卷。 存词175首。
