南北朝：谢朓
秋夜促织鸣，南邻捣衣急。
译文：寂静的秋夜，蟋蟀在尽情鸣叫。天气渐凉，南边邻家发出急促的砧杵声，正在赶紧敲打新织好的布帛，以制寒衣。
注释：促织：蟋蟀。捣衣：中国古代服饰民俗。即妇女把织好的布帛，铺在平滑的砧板上，用木棒敲平，以求柔软熨贴，好裁制衣服。
思君隔九重，夜夜空伫立。
译文：亲爱的人啊！与你相隔千里却惹我每晚独自空立想念。
注释：九重：泛指多层。这里指遥远。
北窓轻幔垂，西户月光入。
译文：凝望北方只有静静的垂帘，不经不觉月已西沉、长夜过半，却无睡意。
注释：窓：同“窗”。
何知白露下，坐视阶前湿。
译文：透过窗纱，清幽的露水早已湿漉了天井边的台阶。
谁能长分居，秋尽冬复及。
译文：问世间，有哪一对恩爱夫妻能承受这年复一年的分隔远离呢？

谢朓（464~499年），字玄晖。汉族，陈郡阳夏（今河南太康县）人。南朝齐时著名的山水诗人，出身世家大族。谢朓与谢灵运同族，世称“小谢”。初任竟陵王萧子良功曹、文学，为“竟陵八友”之一。后官宣城太守，终尚书吏部郎，又称谢宣城、谢吏部。东昏侯永元初，遭始安王萧遥光诬陷，下狱死。曾与沈约等共创“永明体”。今存诗二百余首，多描写自然景物，间亦直抒怀抱，诗风清新秀丽，圆美流转，善于发端，时有佳句；又平仄协调，对偶工整，开启唐代律绝之先河。
