卧病高秋留海浦，明日重阳更风雨。
注释：海浦：海滨。重阳：节令名。农历九月初九叫“重阳”又叫“重九”、“端阳节”。曹丕《九日钟繇书》：“岁往月来，忽复九月九日。九为阳数，而日月并应，俗嘉其名，以为宜于长久，故以享宴高会”。
杜门不出长苍苔，令我天涯心独苦。
篱角黄花亲手栽，近节如何独未开。
含芳閟采亮有以，使君昨暮徵诗来。
注释：使君：汉以后用以对州郡长官的尊称。天子都：指京都临安。
凌晨试遣霜根送，畚玉虽微甚珍重。
极知无意竞秋光，往作横窗岁寒供。
忆我初客天子都，西垣植此常千株，
结花年年应吹帽，始信南邦事尽殊。
注释：吹帽：晋代孟嘉于九月九日赴桓温龙山宴会，风吹帽落，而孟嘉不觉。桓温命孙盛作文嘲之，嘉挥笔作答，其文甚美。见《晋书·孟嘉传》。后以“落帽”为重阳登高的典故。
愿得封培自今日，何间朱崖万家室。
注释：朱崖：海南岛自汉代开拓疆土，设立朱崖、儋耳两郡。后亦作为海南岛的别称。
秋香端不负乾坤，但愿箫管乱畴匹。
注释：乾坤：《周易》中两个卦名。乾之象为天，坤之象为地，故乾坤为天地。畴匹：报畴。畴与“酬”通。潘岳《西征赋》：“畴匹妇其己泰”。
归去来兮虽得归，念归政自莫轻违。
他日采英林下酌，谁向清霜望翠微。
注释：翠微：指青翠掩映的山腰幽深处。李白《下终南山过斛斯山人宿置酒》诗：“却顾所来径，苍苍横翠微”。

胡铨（1102年—1180年），字邦衡，号澹庵。吉州庐陵芗城（今江西省吉安市青原区值夏镇）人。南宋爱国名臣、文学家，庐陵“五忠一节”之一，与李纲、赵鼎、李光并称“南宋四名臣”。建炎二年（1128年），胡铨登进士第。初授抚州军事判官，他招募乡丁，助官军捍御金军。后除枢密院编修官。绍兴八年（1138年），秦桧主和，胡铨抗疏力斥，乞斩秦桧与参政孙近、使臣王伦，声振朝野。但遭除名，编管昭州，移谪吉阳军。秦桧死后，内移衡州。宋孝宗即位，复任奉议郎，知饶州。历国史院编修官、兵部侍郎，晚年以资政殿学士致仕。淳熙七年（1180年），胡铨去世，追赠通议大夫，谥号“忠简”。著有《澹庵集》等传世。
