宋代：辛弃疾
寒食不小住，千骑拥春衫。衡阳石鼓城下，记我旧停骖。襟以潇湘桂岭，带以洞庭青草，紫盖屹西南。文字起《骚》《雅》，刀剑化耕蚕。
译文：你寒食节也未能小住，匆匆地就要赶赴衡州。曾记得在石鼓山畔，衡阳城下停过车马。衡阳以潇湘之水、香花岭为襟，以洞庭、青草湖为带，地势险要而风景十分佳丽。盼望着你到任后注重教化，关心农事。放下刀剑，从事农耕蚕桑。
注释：郑厚卿：郑如峦，字厚卿，曾任衡州太守。寒食：即寒食节，清明的前一天。石鼓：即石鼓山，在衡州城东。停骖：停车，骖，驾车的马。潇湘：潇水和湘水。桂岭：即香花岭，在湖南临武县北。洞庭青草：湖名。紫盖：衡山中最高的一座山峰。骚雅：《离骚》与《诗经》中的《大雅》、《小雅》。刀剑化耕蚕：辛弃疾谓友人到任会重农桑。
看使君，於此事，定不凡。奋髯抵几堂上，尊俎自高谈。莫信君门万里，但使民歌《五袴》，归诏凤凰衔。君去我谁饮，明月影成三。
译文：厚卿你能力不群政事才干出众。一定要整顿吏治，严肃果断而从容不迫。休说君门遥不可及，但能政绩卓著，即可奉诏归朝。你既然走了我同谁饮酒呢，只怕是像李白一般同明月、影子成三人吧。
注释：使君：州府长官的别称，此谓郑厚卿。奋髯抵几：谓友人将大刀阔斧整顿吏治。尊俎：酒杯与盛肉的器具，这里代指宴席。民歌五栲：用典谓郑厚卿到任会取得政绩，得到百姓拥戴。归诏：谓郑厚卿有政绩，皇帝会下诏召回朝廷。

辛弃疾（1140－1207），南宋词人。原字坦夫，改字幼安，别号稼轩，汉族，历城（今山东济南）人。出生时，中原已为金兵所占。21岁参加抗金义军，不久归南宋。历任湖北、江西、湖南、福建、浙东安抚使等职。一生力主抗金。曾上《美芹十论》与《九议》，条陈战守之策。其词抒写力图恢复国家统一的爱国热情，倾诉壮志难酬的悲愤，对当时执政者的屈辱求和颇多谴责；也有不少吟咏祖国河山的作品。题材广阔又善化用前人典故入词，风格沉雄豪迈又不乏细腻柔媚之处。由于辛弃疾的抗金主张与当政的主和派政见不合，后被弹劾落职，退隐江西带湖。
