细把君诗说。怅余音、钧天浩荡，洞庭胶葛。千尺阴崖尘不到，惟有层冰积雪。乍一见、寒生毛发。自昔佳人多薄命，对古来、一片伤心月。金屋冷，夜调瑟。
译文：待我仔细品评你的诗作：它们像雄伟浩荡的钧天广乐的遗音，又像是复杂多变的洞庭《成池》之乐的逸响。有如纤尘不染的千丈阴崖，但见满眼雪积冰封，使人乍见之下。不禁毛发森然。哎，从来才华出众的人。遭际都往往坎坷不幸。因此对着天上那片亘古不变的明月，他们难免会感伤身世；或者躲进华丽冷清的屋子里，借弹奏锦瑟打发夜晚的无聊。
注释：钧天：广阔的天空。胶葛：指意境高远。阴崖：朝北的山崖。佳人：指杜叔高。
去天尺五君家别。看乘空、鱼龙惨淡，风云开合。起望衣冠神州路，白日销残战骨。叹夷甫、诸人清绝。夜半狂歌悲风起，听铮铮、阵马檐间铁。南共北，正分裂。
译文：你家祖籍该是在陕西咸宁，如今已经回不去了。你瞧瞧天空上风云变幻，仿佛连翱翔的鱼龙都因之惨然变色。再登高遥望当年北方家族避难南迁的道路。多少死难者的尸骨暴露于光天化日之下无人掩葬，已经朽烂不存了。可恨把持朝政的那些当代王衍们。他们一味清谈，确实“清”到了家！夜半失眠，我常常引吭高歌，但觉悲风四起，檐前的铁马铮铮作响，仿佛又回到了杀敌的战场。请记住吧，我们的南方和北方。至今还是分裂的！
注释：乘空：飞上天空。衣冠：指士大夫。檐间铁：屋檐下挂着的铁制风铃，称为”铁马”或“檐马”。

辛弃疾（1140－1207），南宋词人。原字坦夫，改字幼安，别号稼轩，汉族，历城（今山东济南）人。出生时，中原已为金兵所占。21岁参加抗金义军，不久归南宋。历任湖北、江西、湖南、福建、浙东安抚使等职。一生力主抗金。曾上《美芹十论》与《九议》，条陈战守之策。其词抒写力图恢复国家统一的爱国热情，倾诉壮志难酬的悲愤，对当时执政者的屈辱求和颇多谴责；也有不少吟咏祖国河山的作品。题材广阔又善化用前人典故入词，风格沉雄豪迈又不乏细腻柔媚之处。由于辛弃疾的抗金主张与当政的主和派政见不合，后被弹劾落职，退隐江西带湖。
