萧索清秋珠泪坠，枕簟微凉，展转浑无寐。残酒欲醒中夜起，月明如练天如水。
译文：萧索凄冷的秋天夜晚，豆大的泪珠从我的脸上滑落。枕头和竹席微微的发凉，我翻来覆去全然没有睡意。我残存着醉意，就快要醒来。在半夜时分起身，月光明媚得如同白绢一样，夜空如同水一般绵软平静。
注释：萧索：萧条冷落。珠泪：珍珠大小的眼泪。坠：指眼泪滑落。枕簟：枕头和竹席。展转：即“辗转”，翻来覆去。浑：全。寐：睡觉。残酒：残留的醉意。中夜：半夜。练：柔软洁白的织品。
阶下寒声啼络纬，庭树金风，悄悄重门闭。可惜旧欢携手地，思量一夕成憔悴。
译文：台阶下面“纺织娘”悲哀地啼叫这寒凉的秋天。秋风吹向院子里的树，夜晚悄悄，屋内的门也紧闭了起来。只可惜在旧时携手一起经历欢愉的地方，相思一夜就将人折磨的萎靡不振。
注释：阶：屋前台阶。啼：啼叫。络纬：即蟋蟀，一名莎鸡，俗称“纺织娘”。金风：秋风。旧说以四季分配五行，秋令属金。重门：屋内之门。旧欢：旧时的欢愉。思量：思念、回忆。一夕：一晚。憔悴：瘦弱无力脸色难看的样子。

冯延巳 （903--960）又名延嗣，字正中，五代广陵（今江苏省扬州市）人。在南唐做过宰相，生活过得很优裕、舒适。他的词多写闲情逸致辞，文人的气息很浓，对北宋初期的词人有比较大的影响。宋初《钓矶立谈》评其“学问渊博，文章颖发，辩说纵横”，其词集名《阳春集》。
