我闻洙泗言，惟仁静而寿。
汝欲绵修龄，斯义盍深究。
越从开辟来，新故更禅受。
巍巍独山岳，屹立镇宇宙。
其体固而安，其形博而厚。
嘘呵可云兴，涵煦草木茂。
皆由一静功，变化生万有。
千古无动摇，两仪等悠久。
吁嗟人心危，六凿互攻斗。
眇焉方寸微，怵彼群物诱。
扰扰无宁期，得不易衰朽。
汝今志于学，一念贵操守。
天真浚其源，人伪窒其窦。
冶容命之斧，妖声性之寇。
腊毒由厚味，乱德本醇酎。
当如御雠敌，岂但恶恶臭。
斂然肃襟灵，神物森左右。
融融湛虚明，役役息纷揉。
还吾性之仁，万善此其首。
但存达德三，可卜与龄九。

真德秀字景元，后更为希元，福建浦城（今浦城县晋阳镇人）本姓慎，因避孝宗讳改姓真。生于宋孝宗淳熙五年（1178年），卒于未理宗端平二年（1235年）。真德秀是南宋后期与魏了翁齐名的一位著名理学家，也是继朱熹之后的理学正宗传人，他同魏了翁二人在确立理学正统地位的过程中发挥了重大作用。
