古来贤相称高奇，虞有皋夔商傅伊。
帝臣王佐见谟训，千载相望如同时。
我朝公辅代间出，钟秀辰象分躔离。
堂堂太尉实异禀，风质粹美和而威。
仁皇始擢自藩翰，渭水兆告非熊罴。
立朝早已擅风采，料敌曾不失毫厘。
圣圣相承倚时栋，入登槐鼎出拥麾。
司徒相继据魁轴，势压诸夏摧附枝。
一言寤意尊社稷，万里奔命来戎夷。
君臣一体自同德，下鄙汉相矜规随。
功成治定预告老，还乡治第当西圻。
十年休佚养冲气，泰宇充茂心欣嬉。
二公勋德诵人口，载于彝鼎歌于诗。
吾皇得相柄文武，调变四序齐璇玑。
孟轲尝称圣之任，乃曰百世人之师。
固宜天畀两元老，期颐常保松筠姿。
规橅载在庙堂上，自使风俗淳浇漓。
前年召自大名尹，对罢累请菟裘归。
帝曰公今更强固，闵烦几政留清规。
两加金貂百官首，再剖玉麟三水涯。
洛人闻之喜且抃，如在旱岁逢云霓。
朝临留府暮私第，偃息又将弥再期。
今春欲作耆英会，涓日象值神俱比。
谓宜饮食与宴乐，对接宾客心忘机。
康宁寿富复好德，向此巨福全者稀。
席间诸老尽贤杰，相得欢甚欹冠緌。
饮盈百榼似尼父，歌有三乐同荣期。
杯盘衍溢逮舆隶，割肉酾酒如林池。
衣冠填咽两城市，车马照耀清涟漪。
夜阑百炬列红烛，天寒四座添重帏。
钜儒洒翰序嘉会，义薄皎日垂清晖。
诸公半酣各赋咏，含毫叠纸鱼鳞差。
诗成累幅灿珠玉，光艳宜若陵钩奎。
歌声旖旎啸鸾凤，酒气冷冽喷酴醾。
长篇立刻在金石，楷字高揭当轩墀。
晋公延宾就绿野，谢傅卜宅临清溪。
当时贵客亦有数，讵与今日争光辉。
謄书远报邺都守，开缄摘句情融怡。
答言遂起归与兴，迹虽未往心先飞。
三贤事业固同道，用舍安得常情知。
官尊邦国之柱石，望重士林之羽仪。
退舍进用自殊致，大义当以公言推。
不能则止固达识，陈力可行当有为。
圣君知臣贤达节，事有轻重须从宜。
宁拘经礼致为政，自有邦人歌衮衣。
三台明润少微烂，光彩并照大紫微。
子房辟谷方壮岁，张苍作相当庞眉。
曹参置酒坐公府，晋贤高蹈来东篱。
昔人出处固有意，造适自与时推移。
光阴可惜且行乐，任从鷤鴃方春啼。

（1020—1101）泉州同安人，徙居丹阳，字子容。苏绅子。仁宗庆历二年进士。知江宁。皇祐五年召试馆阁校勘，同知太常礼院。迁集贤校理，编定书籍。英宗即位，为度支判官。神宗立，擢知制诰，知审刑院，因奏李定拜官不合章法，落知制诰，出知婺州。元丰初，权知开封府，改沧州。奉旨编纂《鲁卫信录》。哲宗元祐初，除吏部尚书兼侍读，以邃于律历提举研制新浑仪。元祐七年拜右仆射兼中书侍郎，为相务使百官守法遵职，量能授任。后罢知扬州，徙河南。绍圣末致仕。有《苏魏公集》、《新仪象法要》、《本草图经》。
