八十已有馀，九十颇不足。曰生隆庆间，少小薄鱼肉。
其时边境宁，其时边谷熟。饥馑未曾知，况复知杀戮。
何期过盛年，迁徒无停轴。奔投海岛中，举眼少亲属。
薙发倚空王，依然被桎梏。上荷皇天慈，纵之返山谷。
言从故里过，残败几间屋。不闻旧人声，但闻山鬼哭。
虽复身首遗，凄凄恨孤独。屈指廿载馀，不识何世俗。
我闻未及终，贮泪已满腹。止止莫复言，岁序有往复。
今时正太平，努力事饘粥。

释函可（1611-1659），字祖心，号剩人，俗姓韩，名宗騋，广东博罗人。他是明代最后一位礼部尚书韩日缵的长子。明清之际著名诗僧。
