仲春若淫雨，弥月不停滴。时时雷电交，俄复飞霰积。
渫云甫开霁，阳精仍剥蚀。二气岂错行，人心转惶惑。
维时钱唐上，属子有行役。谓言将何之，去作金华客。
已脱郡曹羁，姑从宪府辟。金华实吾乡，比岁罗困厄。
前年理城隍，军需更徵索。斯民竭脂髓，诛求殊未极。
凶荒乃相继，斗粟无所籴。纷纷田间农，往往沟中瘠。
只今邻境间，从横犹盗贼。相望警烽燧，道路动榛棘。
谁欤司民命，岂不怀怵惕。不然遭数乖，振救果无策。
风宪耳目司，号令易阖辟。况君有长材，足以资赞画。
行闻疲瘵氓，旋被抚摩力。往哉勿踌躇，及物事须亟。

王祎(yī)[公元一三二一年至一三七三年]（一作袆），字子充，义乌来山人，后依外祖父居青岩傅。生于元英宗至治元年，卒于明太祖洪武五年，年五十二岁。幼敏慧。及长，师柳贯、黄溍，遂以文章著名。太祖召授江南儒学提举。后同知南康府事，多惠政。洪武初，诏与宋濂为总裁，与修元史。书成，擢翰林待制。以招谕云南，死于节，谥忠文。祎著有《王忠文公集》二十四卷，及大事记续编，《四库总目》又曾重修革象新书，并传于世。
