母亲节的那天，我想，送给妈妈什么礼物呢？一束鲜花？一句祝福？我觉得都不满意，突然看到朋友自制给我的生日礼物，我灵机一动，我要自己动手给妈妈做一份充满爱的礼物。
我先找出一张红色的卡纸，用剪子剪出一颗大大的红心，写上：祝妈妈永远美丽幸福，祝妈妈的生活像巧克力一样甜蜜！我从书包里拿出昨天从超市买的一块巧克力，连同写好的卡片，一起放到一个精致的纸盒里，用一条红色的丝带把盒子系好，并且，打了一个漂亮的蝴蝶结，对了，写字台的抽屉里还有一只红气球，我赶快拿出来，鼓足腮帮子用力把气球吹到最大，这里面可是装满我对妈妈的爱啊，我把气球别在蝴蝶结的中间，哦，让气球带着我的爱飞到妈妈的心里吧！
看着我的作品，心里还是有点空落落的，好像这些还不能完全表达出我的心愿。妈妈最喜欢吃巧克力，妈妈还喜欢什么呢？
晚上，妈妈下班回家，她打开小盒子，小心的把巧克力和卡片依次拿出来，仔细地看着，她微笑着。这时候，我又拿出一张信纸说：“妈妈，我知道你最喜欢看诗歌，今天我也给你写了一首。”我读着——

看着妈妈幸福的笑容，我的心里美滋滋的，以前，都是妈妈给予我礼物和爱，我很快乐。今天，我给予妈妈礼物和爱，我更加快乐！

一年一度的母亲节来临了，有的人送给母亲贺卡，有的人送给母亲鲜花，有的人和母亲一起散步……而我送给母亲的却是一句话。
