上周在EdwithU（一个我很喜欢的教育者社区）做分享，自我介绍的时候说，这些是我身上一些“好看”的标签，但在这些标签里，我最喜欢第一个：国际教练协会认证助理教练。
去年12月拿到了ICF（International Coach Federation）助理教练（Associate Certified Coach）的认证，为我三年的教练学习立了一个小小的里程碑。拿到证书那天，我美得一晚上没睡着，比硕士答辩通过了还高兴。
考试并不难，只要达到规定的学习时数和实践时数，提交录音通过，再考一个笔试，就可以了。但对于我来说，这个证书更大的意义是，我似乎能在我找到的“缝隙”中更踏实地待下去了，这是我在这个世界上的位置。
教练的分类
教练在20世纪90年代从西方兴起，目前在欧美已经是正规成熟的行业。在中国，2000年开始，教练已经在部分企业出现，2010年左右开始出现教练培训机构，培养专业教练。随着教练行业的成熟，教练慢慢发展出不同的分支，可以大致分为两类（以下分类仅代表个人观点）：
1 生活教练（Life coaching）
生活教练的领域较广，涵盖生活相关的领域，包括Career coaching（职场教练）、personal development coaching（个人成长教练）、relationship coaching（关系教练）、health coaching（健康教练）、well-being coaching（不知道怎么翻译，大致意思就是提升一个人整体幸福感的教练）、parent coaching（父母教练）、financial coaching（财务教练）等。
总的来说， 生活教练的目的就是帮助人们在生活的各个方面获得幸福感和成就感，活出自己想要的人生。
2 商业教练（Business coaching）
商业教练面向的人群为企业高管、管理层成员及团队成员，帮助组织内的客户达成特定目标，包括职业转型、人际沟通、绩效管理、组织效能提升、领导力提升、发展战略思维、有效处理冲突、有效组建团队等[1]。
商业教练的目的是通过帮助组织内的领导者和管理者发展领导力和觉察力，进而提升组织的整体效能。
我给自己的定位是，生活教练中的 个人成长教练 ，在自我认知、自我关怀、自我管理（时间管理、精力管理、情绪管理、人际网络管理）方面，陪伴客户持续成长，获得蓬勃的人生。
为什么我想要做生活教练？
有人把life coaching叫做“人生教练”或“生命教练”，而我更喜欢“生活教练”这种朴实的叫法（最近一位老爷爷的说法是“生活辅导员”，我喜欢！）。觉得自己的能力还没达到影响人家的“人生”或“生命”的程度，能帮别人生活得更好一点，就已经很不错了。
也有人说不要把自己给“定死”，因为life coach听起来“很穷”，不像高管教练听起来这么高大上。老说自己是life coach，就没有金主爸爸找你了。
说实在的，我还真为此烦恼了一段时间。To be or not to be，真是个让人头疼的问题啊。
然后我就往回想了想，当初是为啥想要做教练来着？
原因让我自己大吃一惊，原来不是因为我活得好而想要去帮别人，而是因为我曾经活得很挫。
时间管理得一团糟，每天像陀螺一样滴溜溜地转，到了晚上不知道自己一天干了啥。不知道自己到底想要什么，羡慕/嫉妒朋友圈别人光鲜亮丽的人生。看自己的什么都不顺眼（尤其是身材和老公），总是拼了老命地想改变它（他）们。人际关系出了问题，要么指责别人，要么攻击自己，战场血流成河。
生活出错了，我要怎么做？ 这是我一直在想的一个问题。
也就是这个问题，把我从无止尽的漩涡中一点点拉出来，真正地开始去生活。
我开始发现，我老是想要刷手机，要么是想要看别人给我的点赞，要么是手头的事情太烦人，想要找个地方躲一躲。
运动老是坚持不下去，是因为对自己的要求太高（必须每天都跑！否则你就是个loser！），一旦停下来就拿鞭子抽自己，抽到瘫痪，就跑不起来了。
每天像陀螺一样不停地转，累了不让自己休息，是心里一直有个声音说：“你不够好，还要再努力一些。”
抱怨、指责、攻击别人，是因为不想面对那个丑兮兮的自己。
我还发现我大部分的快乐和不快乐，都来自于“别人”的看法。别人说我好，那我就是好。别人说我糟，那我就是糟。我怎么看我自己，真的很少去想。
我也发现我的大多数想法都是错的（这对于自以为逻辑思维能力很强的工科女简直是致命的打击），我以为“就是那样”的人和事，远比我以为的要复杂深邃得多。
我开始发现， 生活远比我想象的更有趣。它的有趣，在于它的不确定、未知，和复杂。 在生活的海洋里，人有时会迷失，有时会被淹没，有时会遇上莫名的海怪和鲨鱼。但人有一种值得骄傲的能力，就是不管怎么样都要活下去，而且要变着法儿活好的能力。所以人可以游泳，可以冲浪，可以潜到深处去看花花绿绿的海底世界。
生活于我，是有着极其丰富养分的土壤，我的根深扎于其中，安然而踏实。
所以，为什么想要当生活教练？
因为我想认真地生活，想从生活中学习一些重要的功课，如果正巧，你也在学习，是不是我们可以一起走那么一小段路？我们在彼此身上看到自己的脆弱、坚强、小心眼儿和坏脾气、长久的挣扎和梦想。我们一起学习在嘈杂迷乱中听心的声音，丢弃那些不再需要的东西，欣赏自己原本的样子，不顾别人的眼光，活出最真实的自己。我们一起游泳，冲浪，潜水，在沙滩上晒太阳，和生活海洋说，我爱你。
我早已过了追求“高大上”的年龄，在我眼中，和title相比，标签之下朴素的灵魂更加迷人。我愿意安心做一个平凡的“生活辅导员”，在自己的小花园里用心浇灌花朵，也对花园之外更宏大的世界心存敬畏和感激。
还记得我的第一位教练Judith在最后一次教练的时候跟我说：“Yunan，you can be a life coach too”
四年之后，我真的成为了一名生活教练。
