玉肌琼艳新妆饰。好壮观歌席，潘妃宝钏，阿娇金屋，应也消得。
译文：在一次酒席上遇到一位皮肤白皙相貌艳丽的歌妓，她的装扮新颖独特，来看她的人很多，就像东昏侯对待潘玉儿那样经常给这位女子服饰、金舛、手镯，像汉武帝对待阿娇那样作一座金屋让这位歌妓住，这位歌妓消受得起。
注释：琼艳：白皙而艳丽。琼，本指美玉，诗词中常以形容女子细腻的皮肤。“潘妃：潘妃为南齐东昏侯妃，名玉儿．以骄奢名干时。阿娇金屋：阿娇即汉武帝陈皇后。消得：抵得，配得上。
属和新词多俊格。敢共我勍敌。恨少年、枉费疏狂，不早与伊相识。
译文：要求这位歌妓所作的新词有俊美之格调，这位歌妓很有才情，在填词方面和我不相上下。过去的放荡不羁的名声用错地方，只有这位女子才值得，恨不得与她早点相识。
注释：俊格：格调清俊高雅。“勍”jìng通“竞”，争竟。疏狂：这里是张扬、炫耀之意。

柳永，（约987年—约1053年）北宋著名词人，婉约派代表人物。汉族，崇安（今福建武夷山）人，原名三变，字景庄，后改名永，字耆卿，排行第七，又称柳七。宋仁宗朝进士，官至屯田员外郎，故世称柳屯田。他自称“奉旨填词柳三变”，以毕生精力作词，并以“白衣卿相”自诩。其词多描绘城市风光和歌妓生活，尤长于抒写羁旅行役之情，创作慢词独多。铺叙刻画，情景交融，语言通俗，音律谐婉，在当时流传极其广泛，人称“凡有井水饮处，皆能歌柳词”，婉约派最具代表性的人物之一，对宋词的发展有重大影响，代表作 《雨霖铃》《八声甘州》。
