(1)向你的boss询问你需要迎接外商的详细信息。
需要询问的内容：外商的名字(name)、照片(picture)、来访人数( attendance)及其职位(position)背景(background)、航班信息(flight information)、来访天数(以便订酒店)、可以的话了解一下来访人员的特殊喜好特征。
(2)提前做好迎接外商的接待工作。
根据先前了解过的来访人数，以及其职位级别，安排相应的桥车接送。在接到职位比较高的来宾时，应该安排级别较高的桥车来接送，因为这也是一个对对方的尊重。

(5)如何向外商介绍自己。
自我介绍时，通常包括介绍自己的姓名，坐在公司的名称、职位以及岗位。

我是李洪，是东方土畜产进出口公司花卉出口部业务员。
PS中国人的名字对于外国人来说往往难以记忆，在介绍自己的名字时，可以帮助对方用简易的称呼来记忆，最好是先给自己起一个英文名字。

我叫王志伟，你可以叫我 Milky。
PS Mr Miss 和Mrs 是用于对他人的尊称，不能在自我介绍的时候。虽然在中文里人们常说“张先生”“王**”可是在英文里：I am miss Wang 是错的!
(6)如何称呼外商。
在中文里，我们用“张经理””王老师”来称呼对方，但在英文里，我们通常不会把他人的职业作为头衔放在人名前面。
